Philips TL 40w Actinic-03

A Philips actinic-blue-03 lamp (420nm peak wavelength)... mainly used for saltwater aquariums to give invertebrates the blue/uv light they need to survive.

Really nice color (pic by no means does it justice).
Not something you'd want to stare into, but there's no warnings on it.

Picked up some of these on eBay last year.
