Double Guy wire Arms in South Shreveport
a very long row of Double Guy wired poles in the southern part of Shreveport on Louisiana SH 1 going south..you can see a Dayburning merc on the right side of the first pole...the row is pretty much consists of these arms with mercs and a few HPS,also a few truss arm poles in patches.

Look at the third pole from this view, there are two GE M250R2 FCOs. I assume these are HPS.

yup they are HPS,i don't think i've seen a MV M250R2 yet.

I have seen these in lots of places. There is double guy wire arms in lots of other places. I Have been here before you know. xD

I think this may be around where my Uncle lives.. He lives near a road with these, and when we visit we always go to a Mexican restaurant and eat there. xD

we have MV M-250R2s here. they're rare though and only in 100W MV.

Yeah all the M-250 R2's in Shreveport are HPS. You see them everywhere.

There ARE some clamshells still left in Shreveport, just rare.

yes ian you've made it quite apparent you've been to shreveport before. Smile

anyhoooo yes there are double guy wire arms elsewhere in the city,on the interstates though it's mainly truss arms with a few upsweeps.

seen a Few O20's and one Form 400 in Shreveport..there are a few gumballs on some residental streets.
