AEL 200w HPS NEMA quote I got a Graybar quote for an AEL NEMA with the catalog # 11 20S XN 120 R0 LO. For being a 200w HPS fixture, this was much cheaper than I thought. I'll probably end up ordering one of these within the next few months since I don't have any NEMAs and I have a 200w HPS lamp with no fixture to use it in. Also, the "R0 LO" option means that no refractor is included, basically it's just the head with the ballast, slipfitter, photocell, and lampholder. Yea, I decided that if I get one it would be without optics (for now) just to keep the cost down. I might get another quote with optics in a while and if it doesn't cost too much more I'll order one of those instead.

Interesting, I'm guessing since it's a NEMA head, it'd probably would have a HX ballast instead of a CWA to avoid using a cap. Cheaper than I thought too.

Yea, this has an HX-NPF ballast. At this wattage it would suck a hefty 6 amps. Shocked
