My Homemade F40 T12 3 lamp preheat fluorescent shoplight (drawing/planned to built soon)

Yep, i'm building this fixture pretty soon. Its going to have three F40 T12 lamps, with their own ballasts and starters, because with pre heat fluorescent lamps, are cooler than rapid start. The ballasts are going to be the GE pre heat ballasts. Then theres going to be three FS-4 starters, for 40 watt T12 lamps (correct me if i'm wrong). The lighting gear, is all going to be on top of the fixture. Plus, the lamps are going on the bottom, with the aluminium foil reflector, for reflecting the the light, plus with glare shields on the sides, to reduce glare. So yeah, i'm planning on building this fixture soon. ;-) By the way, everything on the image, is not to scale.
