More electrode destruction! This is the same F20T12/CW pictured just before, 5 minutes earlier. Curiously inside that tube, the arc didn't bother to destroy the remaining piece of electrode, it directly jumped to the stem! I couldn't scratch off a little "window" on the phosphor of the tube, so the best I could do is scratching the phosphor with the loose filament by spinning the tube with the hand LOL.
