Killing a CGE F20T12/D, huge closeup of the remaining piece of filament.
With my camera and a small magnifying glass from flatbed scanner, I tried to make a clear detailed picture of the support. The result is pretty surprising!
Very nice, I did the same to improve the macro ability of my camera, using the optical block from a scrapped ptotocopier. If you can find an old copier ( the older and bigger the better, so long as it uses a optical scanning system without any electronic imager inside) the lens assemblies are quite large, and are normally of very good quality with regards to linearity and chromatic aberration.
