The portable "Lane blocked", when the left lane in this road was blocked It is in Ramot Remez neighborhood, Haifa. I photographed such that the arrow would appear in this picture, since it is flashing. The two large upper circular LEDs arrays, strobes before the arrow appears for 1/2 secs and then goes out. It is designed to be carried by a pickup truck, but i don't know if the pickup is there. This LED sign, can show rightdown and leftdown arrows and X, by its circular LEDs arrays.
