A 12-12-12 and a 4-4-4 incandescent traffic lights in Hadar town center in Haifa city

This picture was lost from my album so i had to upload it again.
The 4-4-4 traffic light is for the first drivers one the line, that may not able to see the main 12-12-12 traffic lights.
12-12-12 traffic lights (In which actual size is 11.8" or 300mm) is the standard configuration of all the traffic lights in Israel. Here and there i saw also few 8-8-8 traffic lights.
These traffic lights are now not in service and covered, since the pedestrian crossing was moved since.
