New LED traffic lights at the end of the bridge near the central bus station of Haifa (Close up)
I think they aren't so different in structure then the american ones, as when i looked their back, there was no evidence for a reflector in them. So the "LED lights in the signal" consists only the LEDs and the lenses (Which are opaque and the LEDs aren't visible in the case of Israel).

Menora group, which is the installer and the service of the traffic lights in Israel, imports only German traffic lights.
I don't know which company made the traffic lights installed in Israel.

i mean the LED Modules inside the traffic signals....Dialight ships world wide i would assume.
