Israel drives on the right side of the road like in USA?

And signs are pretty similar to those found in North America, especially that big green one... There's one on the highway near me!

@GullWhiz: Yes. I think only Britain drives on the left side, since the drivers in Britain located on the right part of the cars if i'm right.
TiCoune66: The large green sign remaind me that i should write "Qerayot" and not "Krayot" to describe the small cities in the north to Haifa.
I think however that our road signs are contains less text and more symbols.
