I still have a couple of these that came with some 175W yardblasters. I converted one into a shorting cap by opening it up and taping over the photocell and left the other one stock.

Why are the Yardblaster Photocells always Shorter than the Better Brands?...the Caster PC seems more Sensitive than the Longjoin PC's that go with the Regents as the Light Turned off just by Light Reflecting off the Walls from the Fixture.

I don't know exactly why maybe cost issues... Interestingly the picture on the box of mine shows the yardblaster with a taller PC on it.

i just had no more use for it,and knowing those cheap Photocells that come with most yardblasters these days,they dont last long before failing.
