Thanks Vince!!!! It's an awesome addition to my collection!
It's a 20w T12 Daylight lamp, unfortunately it has no etch.
I'm pretty sure it's Canadian because a US lamp would most likely have an inside etch.

I have never seen/known a GE blackener existed! The sylvania ones are rare too... I have one but it lost vacuum
