Some more ballasts! I got these in August I think. The GE (from 09/62) came from an old troffer in way too bad condition to be saved. It still works fine! The two Philips (from 01/91) came from another troffer. They work but don't seem to like ALTOs very much as they do a rectifying-like flickering when run with ALTOs. Other tubes are fine though. I have the F32 version of your Philips F40 ballasts, I've always wondered why Advance licensed their ballast designs to Philips in Canada at least during the '80s and '90s.

Interesting that yours is a 5-stars Kool-Koil while mines are 3-stars Kool-Koil. Ironically despite that designation they still get hot LOL
