Advance F-Can ballasts in its home, a 100W mercury test board!
Here's how I use this somewhat uncommon ballast. It's ideal for a test board since F-Cans are made to be used indoors LOL.

Cool! I should make a similar test board with my 175w ballast once I manage to fix the cap.
I see that lampholder is from a Heath Zenith blaster though.

Like it...what brand and phosphor type is the lit lamp?

The lamp is a GE HR100DX38 from the early 90s. It's no brighter than a 40 watt incandescent, maybe even dimmer, but barely greened, just a slight green hue!
And yes, the lampholder did come from a Heath-Zenith yardblaster
