Medium base or Admedium base? I have something similar to it but newer and it is 100 watt with ADMEDIUM base....

This one has a standard medium base, I have others with admedium bases but they're probe start.

Hey Henry, WOW this is a good find! I know what this is used for, anyone want to chime in before I say it? BTW the ballast this lamp runs on is H-3.

this lamp ran at 0.38A at 250V on a aurto transformer wich had an OCV of 400V wich was enuf to ignight it with out a starting electrode. I think this lamp is from the 1940s Very Happy

There should be date code etch on the stem.
