BADLY downed forked braced arm! It must have gotten knocked down by the construction that's happening just on the left of this...It's been hanging like this for about 2 to 3 weeks....it doesn't turn on at night due to photocell being missing...The fixture is hanging about between 4 to 6 feet from the ground! In the other picture Jace said it was about 4-6 feet off the ground, so you might be able to reach it.
