New York City CooperLED/AtLiteInc. hand and man insert

About two months ago, I won an auction on EBay for this retired L.E.D. hand and man insert, in which was manufactured by CooperLED/AtLiteInc. Manufactured in 2002, the insert still operates well for its age, and this was the first kind of L.E.D. insert that was used for the N.Y.C.D.O.T. L.E.D. conversion in the early 2000s. Beginning in 2000, countless worded pedestrian signals throughout the city were retro-fitted with the inserts, and the process of the conversion was complete nearly five years later. Many still remain in useful service throughout the boroughs today.
