NOS Westinghouse OV-400
Here is a lamp, photocontrol, and mounting arm that were included with my NOS OV-400. Because this fixture does not have a terminal block and instead has leads wired directly to the fixture, I believe this may have been a type of security lighting package offered by Westinghouse.

Interesting, yeah usually most cobraheads don't include the arm, lamp, and PC.

G.E. doesn't offer it. But I know AEL offers lamp and photocontrols included with their fixtures if you specify it in the part number. Cooper does too I think. However I believe they ship them separately.

Is the lamp clear or coated?

It's a DX lamp. Or at least, I'm pretty sure it is DX. It's definitely not clear.

Do you have images of the photocontroller itself?

I never took it out of the box. The photocontrol box is still sealed.
