A GE arm! I bet this is the same utility as Gunnison in Colorado? I mean I saw those arms in those areas plus Durastars too!

I don't think Colorado Springs has the same utility. Colorado Springs has it's OWN utility, and it branches out a little in the mountains and head-bumps into IREA.

Colorado springs uses theur own lights, like M-400 A's or M-250 A's, and some 325 power pads.. and OVX, M-250 R2, M-400 R2.. Lots of variety.

That was the only durastar I saw and plus Colorado Springs isn't using much LED, they ARE, but not that much.
