That's a common thing for AE 115s!

Is it a 115 or a 113? I'm not so sure of the difference.

Looks 115 it has a bigger bump on the door behind the refractor....those are newer version of 113...the older 113 had more smoother slope while the 115 had a big bump

The 113 didn't have the tilting up issue either!

Yep all the 113s were 4-bolt, so the linemen couldn't be as lazy. The 115 has the option of 2 or 4 bolts. 2 bolts is more commonly used though from what I've seen.
