New M400R3
I'll probably retake this pic, but I wanted to show it anyway. A few weeks ago I had reported that two lights (evidently on the same circuit) were not on at night. I drove by one night and saw a ComEd bucket truck working at this light. A week later I drove by and it's now an M400R3 FCO HPS with a cycling lamp. The other fixture on the same circuit is still there and it works (M400R3 Merc). The fixture that was at this location before was also an M400R3 Merc.

Well a new fixture with a cycling new HPS lamp....sounds like the fixture is being fed low voltage......high enough to power and light it but not high enough to keep the lamp lit.....may be a bad wiring....

Bad wiring...that's a good possibility, especially if the other light on the same circuit was not lit.

Yeah.....I remember one situation in BGE that a row of lights EXCEPT for one in same wiring was out.....on the same transformer....only one that stayed lit was about at 107-108 volts...the one next to it that was out was at around 95 volts...then next one was like 70 volts and voltage went down and the very last fixture of that row had 0 volts!

Bad wire....a wire between the poles needed replacing....

I've noticed the same problem in my area.
