Here's another M250 that does not have a door or lens. I guess that is how they mark the units to be replaced? This one has been like this for several months now. This one still works at night, and is actually pretty bright without the lens.

eh? Marking them? or do you think it just lost the door....it's a common thing for a GE to lose its door........same for an AE 115

That doesn't look like a M-250.....

This light has been replaced with an HPS fixture (most likely an M250R2, but I'll have to go back in the day to make sure). It's very bright, possibly 250w.

This looks like a AE Model 113 to me.
