FCO OVZ 150 watt HPS This fixture is near me, it sure is losing paint (and in a sorta bad way).... Those dates to roughly the very late 90s to very early 2000s as that time frame BGE was installing those in FCO. This one has the older hidge design (pre 2003) This particular one has a GE HPS lamp! It also seems this one lacks a bird guard judging the area around reflector rim seems to be really dirty and possible bird nests....which may explain why the other one when it was cycling got replaced....and I don't see the black tabs of the bird guard that Cooper fixtures tend to have There are others there and there....there was another one in this same neighborhood but got replaced with a GE M-250R2 with sag lens (it did work but cycled...I guess the internals were in a very bad shape was the reason of the replacement.) Look at the reflector here, it's a FCO, the FCO OVX around here also has this reflector design......

Well what I am wondering... Is about why my OVX FCO reflectors had the old OV-15 design. For being made the same time as my first OVX which has this reflector design, why do the other two have the older??
