IMO the 115. It's easier to replace the ballast that way. You don't even have to remove the screws, just loosen them.

Some of the coopers actually have special feature that has a "Ballast tray" which has one screw inside the fixture and you can unscrew it and the ballast hangs by the other side and is easily removeable...I guess it's their version of the powerdoor....as far as I know...only the OVX and the OVY/OVD/OVF has that feature....

Yep only the medium fixtures are designed for that. I'm not sure if the OVL has that.
