You can see that the single arm on the pole on the right isn't even connected to the ones with truss arms electrically....that is because it is coming from a separate electrical company, so the power that truss arms are connected to skipped the pole!

Yep Mike I have seen them in RI except the mounts are different from ones here.....i recall in RI they have two rectangular mounts with 4 screws while here the bottom is rectangular and top has a 5 sided mount with total of 5 screws attaching the pole

No there are some that look just like the one above. We also have this style. Those are the two most common trusses on wood poles here. We also have a few variations in the tapered elliptical arms too. Some have a sharper bend at the top than others and some are chubbier than others.
