Update: The 250 watt OVX on the left is now gone along with the arm (but the pole is still there) and the 400 watt one on the right is now connected!

I can't believe I know this street too just by seeing the lights. YEah the reconstruction project is complete now. I think it' nice to see a slightly different shaped arm being used for fun. The assortment of parts along this stretch confuse me. A bunch of different cobras: coop OVX's, painted/unpainted AEL125's... Also, this arm bracket with the straighter end is also kinda sporatically used. It's like the city uses left over parts they collect from various projects sometimes.

Yeah this area confuses me as well, the light on the shorter arm is gone but the pole is still there since it has a traffic signal on it.
