I'm just thinking where its name comes from:
e-cobra (doesn't look like as an electronic cobra)
eco-bra (doesn't look like as an ecological brassiere either) Smile

Seriously - not the worst design for an LED streetlight offering some scalability with separate LED modules.
Maybe you can plug in another module if the place isn't lit enough...? Does the driver support that?
