Here's a closer shot of the gear inside my OV-400. Notice that there is no terminal block. The fixture is pre-wired to leads. It's also interesting that the rubber band around the threaded rods has not dried out after all these years.

I'm surprised the rubber band hasn't dried out by now. Unless the seller put that rubber band on there. We have rubber bands on things we sell at my job and they dry out, break, and fall off whatever they're holding together in like a year.
