Oh! This is a Howard Lighting light fixture.

The drop lens versions are sold relatively cheap at LightMart.com (the site is a little slow though)

Speaking of drop lens versions, recognize the refractor? Yep, that's the same one Cooper is using.

IIRC, it's the refractor Holophane makes? The Powerlite/Sylvania street lights up in canada used the same lens.
