National Grid Training Facility: Capacitor Bank

I'm in a program through my college where I go to NGrid's training facility in Millbury, MA every Friday for 9 weeks. This was a shot from inside one of their large warehouse style shops. There were several mock setups throughout the large room. This here is a capacitor bank used to offset the inductive load of nearby pole transformers.

FYI the room is lit by 4-lamp T5HO highbays which were pretty glary, just sayin' lol.
