New Building.
Well here it is after many years on the wish list and many long hard hours at work. Its 16x24 with a 18x26 stone foundation. I plan on using this as my restoration/lighting display shop. I can't wait to move in. Plenty of room for more collecting, Hopefully I can come across more vintage lights soon.

This a prefab/modular unit?

No he had this built from scratch. He sent me pics of the building process. Now it's time to wire up some fluorescents and built a shelf and store some lights! Very Happy

Very nice building, I need a separate building like this as well to have an indoor light display.

Did you have to get a permit for this size? I know a lot of cities and counties require one, even if not for human habitation, just looking for $$$. It is a nice job. My yard is too small for something this size.

Thanks I really like it. Yes this was build on site and did require a building permit from the county but I was surprised at how easy it was to get and only cost $80.00. I think I'm going to go with recessed led lighting that way I have more lighting configuration options.

Very nice!!
I'd love to have a shed/shop/storage building that size.
I could store every bit of my fluorescent-light _and_ xmas-light collection in that with space left over Cool

Thanks everyone. The next step is the electrical permit and some POWER!!! I would go overhead but code says I can't do that with a new installation. Sad

Hmm why can't you? Does it just have to be a certain height over the ground?
