This was the first year they had the new cover design. The plastic is smoother instead of a rough grainy finish, and the name was changed to FP OLC.

Yeah the cover is rounder on top too instead of flat like the gray ones I just got.

They had another cover that was rounded on top. It was the one that said Fisher Pierce OLC Sun-Tech. I think they got rid of that one when they rolled this style out because I haven't seen any new ones like those. They still make the covers with the flat top. They just changed the name to FP OLC Sun-Tech on top. Those covers with the flat top are actually originally Sunrise Technologies design. Then in 2003 when they bought Fisher Pierce they just added the Fisher Pierce name.
