2002 Sunrise Technologies Photocell This was a 120V electronic photocell, however something on the electronic circuit was wrong and it would act normal in darkkess but in daylight it would click on and off. So I saved the cover and stuck it on an early 80s Fisher Pierce base. So technically this is an early 80s Fisher Pierce 120-277V electromagnetic PC with a 2002 Sunrise Technologies cover. 2002 Sunrise Technologies Photocell

This was a 120V electronic photocell, however something on the electronic circuit was wrong and it would act normal in darkkess but in daylight it would click on and off. So I saved the cover and stuck it on an early 80s Fisher Pierce base. So technically this is an early 80s Fisher Pierce 120-277V electromagnetic PC with a 2002 Sunrise Technologies cover.

It's interesting how Sun-Tech's covers match up and fit the Fisher Pierce bases. Maybe they were together somehow before the merger in 2003.

It is interesting, though I think the Touch And Glow covers also fit Fisher Pierce units too. Probably just a coincidence since the internals of the actual electronic Fisher Pierce photocells were quite different (and frankly way better built) than the Sun-Tech units. The Sun-Tech units older than a few years ago are decent but the pre-Sun-Tech Fisher Pierce units were top notch. Sun-Tech did to Fisher Pierce what Cooper and Philips did to Westinghouse...
