The GE 40w ceramic colors have not been sold in the US in quite a long time. The US catalog used to have 40A21 (short neck) in red, green, blue, orange and yellow. I bought a bunch of these from a lighting distributor who had these up on a dusty shelf. About half were US-made and the rest were Canadian. I bought them in the conventional 6-bulb corrugated "bricks" with the yellow and blue GE design. The 25 watt GE ceramic colors were manufactured and sold here until recently (the last year or so). I used to buy the 25A19s from Grainger. Whenever I come across them, I buy them up. I like the older ones that used a vacuum instead of the later gas fill and also had a short neck.
