This one seems to be well used. Didn't the tipless came out around 1919 Question

Tipless lamps were around as early as the 1890s, but they used several different exhaust methods that weren't suitable for cheap mass production. The modern exhaust method we have in todays bulbs indeed came out around '18-'19. This lamp has the exhaust tip in the glass well next to the stem.
