Yes these last for a long time. I have one too and the globe one. There is a hardware near me and they have about 15 of the capsule and 15 of the globe ones left I will get more when I can. I don't use mine at all and keep them in there box so they will last forever!

I have two of them that are used....one was strobing so its no good and other works...the strobing one, i actually opened it up and removed the powdered coating on the capsule glass and now its a clear one!
