Hey does the Process of Inside Frosting Weaken the Glass over Typical Powder Coating?

Not on inside frosted bulbs because the outside is smooth and hard like on clear and inside coated bulbs. The old outside frosted bulbs before the 20s were a bit weaker than the clears.
