I saw an incandescent lamp in a light fixture that was A19-shaped, yet it had a button shape on top like this lamp. Do you think it could be sylvaina as well? It was like a BT-shaped A19 lamp.

It was most likely a Duro-Test lamp. They made traffic signal bulbs like that (and maybe household bulbs like that too??? I'm not sure though

It was definetly an old lamp. It wasn't soft white, it was frosted though.
