I could think of a lot of uses for these....I wonder how the longevity on them is though.

Is that the 250W Vanguard in the background? Almost looks like a merc lamp. Cool Or is that the 175W yardblaster you installed at one point?

That is the 250W Powerlite Devices mercury bracket which is the same type as this Sylvania GTE S5-75B here and a close-up here . This is the one I want to switch with the restored Douglas P.P. that is now 100W metal halide. Also I received the 100W mogul base metal halide lamp today for the Douglas P.P.

Ah okay. I thought you were replacing the 250W MH Vanguard. That's staying up then? BTW, is that actually how bright it is or is it a little dimmer? Because this looks as bright as a 70W PSMH or something. Shocked Very Happy

Ah actually yes the Vanguard 250W is going to be swapped with a Landmark 313 style cobrahead. The merc is pretty bright, but in the pic some of the light from it is blocked by a tree. @ Devonte, yeah hard to say how long they will last,I hope they will last a long time.

No, it's open, it has a "roll over protective structure" (ROPS) that a canopy option can be mounted to though but I never bothered to add one , someday I would like to have a tractor with an enclosed cab to be able to work in all weather.
