Itz Gone Now...
This is an update to this pic posted by Lil'Cinnamon on Dec 22.
The hanging (partial) light is now gone. I'm assuming it was removed by the city road crews (or possibly Xcel Energy) since there's no wires hanging loose.

From the angle I viewed it the pole is leaning some (I have another pic(not posted) where it shows clearly), and at the bottom there's a nice big dent in it, so I guess we know what happened .lol.

You have Xcel Energy too?

@ZarlogH46:
Depends on where in the state you are here, Some parts are Xcel Energy, others are IREA (there's other smaller regional ones too, but those 2 are the majority).

The electric utility where I live is City of Longmont, so I don't have Xcel where I live. Longmont has it's own utility just for the city, everything around is Xcel energy though. And they use Xcel to get the power but Longmont takes care of it's own power lines and streetlights within and around the town limits. There's other utilities for other parts of the state as well, like in the mountains far west of here there's another utility that I dunno which one it is. IREA is mainly south of Denver, and Colorado Springs has it's own utility for the town and vicinity itself.

Boulder wanted to break off from Xcel and do that too, but it was denied

IREA does part of the mountains as well.
I actually didn't realize just how many different electric utilities there were for Colorado till I just went & looked it up (53 in all: 2 Investor owned, 29 Municipal(City), 22 Rural Co-Op )

This has been replaced by a GE Evolve. Some of the other lights along that street were as well...
Now its a random mix of LED & HPS. I have no idea why they did that Laughing
