On the Right is the Common Ordinary Nema Bucket....prevelant on most side streets in tyler,but slowly replaced by lights such as that to the Left.
These are on the same street.

@Dave these poles are mainly found in some newish but kinda old neighborhoods without overhead utilities (Underground Wiring)not just everywhere but not scarce either,they are not all that tall either.
