One of the later Darley models that came out in the 1940s.  It has a built in 4-circuit controller that sits on the bottom plate.  One street red is tied to the cross green and vice versa so green stays lit during the yellow interval.

That's pretty cool! Is the controller actually built into this traffic light fixture instead of the controller box?

The controller sits on the bottom pan of the signal, attached by four screws. I'll post controller pictures later. The gallery upload keeps crashing tonight.

very nice signal willis...the Darley is one of my favorite signals in your collection,i especially love that silver finnish.
