This lantern have an anti-cycle pulse ignitor, probably of Tridonic, as the lamp initially flickers and than extinguish, glowing on the ignitor and than restrikes after 20 sec, than extinguishes after 13 secs, and than (Not recorded, I didn't expected to this to happen) pulse-pauses and restrikes again after 2-3 min than shut off completely.
