Weird traffic signal setup. This is in Laughlin, Nevada. Well just past the river, note the welcome to Nevada sign on there. I find it weird that the center signal is no backplate. Typical setup for the southwest though, not too far off from Arizona.

Yep, that's a GE M400 FCO fixture.
