This pole .had. 2 fixtures like the one on the left, but one of them disappeared leaving just the wires hanging out...
There was a little bit of construction in the area these are around that time (installing fiber-optic cable (something I've seen allot of going on lately)) so that could have had something to do with it, or it could have been wind.
