Yeah. The screws inside all look like stainless steel. I could be wrong though. My Boston AEL 125 had that paper thing too covering the electrical gear.

The paper covering is for a UL listing I think. I know that's why the AELs have it. Darren's M-250A2 as it too, but it's plastic IIRC. It's to protect the housing from becoming live in the odd chance that a wire comes loose and touches the housing (though that's what grounding is for; it's just dual protection I guess).

Over time I would think the paper would just rot away though and pose more of a hazard than a benefit since paper can wick moisture too.

I think mica sheet is a better solution. Because I think it doesn't rot, and its a good insulator.
