StreetLight 201 - Some Sorta LED Convert... I noticed this a few weeks ago. These were originally a HID fixture, if I remember right, MH. Looks like those Global Tech LED Modules
Probably one of These

I am very familiar with those because my apartment complex "Upgraded" Mad their MH post top lighting to the Global Tech Solstice Mini 21
