RI Rte 10 and US Route 6 Freeway Lighting in Rhode Island

Here's Route 10's lights. Exits 1 and 2 are RIDOT owned. Exit 3 is 50-50. Exit 3-4 is NGrid owned. In between 4 and 5 is RIDOT owned. Exit 5-6 is NGrid owned.
Here's Rout 6's lights. The exits aren't numbered so it's broken up by the names of the intersecting streets. From I-295 to Hartford Ave, the lights are RIDOT owned. Hartford Ave to Westminister Street are NGrid owned and slated for removal. Westminister street to I-95 and downtown is all RIDOT owned but individual PC-controlled.
