M-250R2 on a 6ft Upsweep REPLACES M-250R1 on Cantilever

NGrid replaced all the MV lights on Sweet Ave, Bristol Ave, and London Ave in Pawtucket with HPS M-250R2s. I guess this was a small-scale MV mass-changeout.

This was the only instance here when the mast arm was replaced too, due to the fact that the arm was sagging so badly. Looks like it just had to be tightened but whatever... With that new mast arm, it looks very much like a Cranston installation...
