GE M-400A FCOs first generation
These are in a parking lot of a Building 19 baragin/closeout store on Route 2 in Warwick, RI. Old ones from c. 1975-79 with first generation optics. The Building 19 store used to be an Ames dept store which closed up about 10 years back, and it was a Zayre dept store long ago.

Yeah there are a few L-250s in there too. A lot of the lamps in this lot are dead. I've seen it at night and it looks like they only service the ones closest to the building, if they do at all. They should replace those poles too a couple have fallen down i think. BTW, there was more of these but on aluminum tapered E poles off of Oaklawn Ave in the Bob's Stores Plaza. Did you see it? It's to the right of this when looking towards the building.

Did you see the two L-250s on the short stubby pole at the entrance off of Rte 2?

UPDATE: These lights are no more! The Building 19 closed probably about a year ago and earlier this year (end of spring/early summer) they tore down the building and leveled the parking lot. They are putting in a CarMax. Confused I wonder what the old lights on these poles were.
